Thank you for getting back to me.I have in the first instance run the trouble shooter, it searched for a driver and advised it could not be found.I then followed the link to the OCE website to download the driver in compatibility mode as you suggest, however it will only allow we to unzip the files, I selected to put the files on the c drive, when I searched for them later I could not find them.There was no option on the website to download the driver run it in compatibility mode either?Any other suggestions?
